Hello!
We hired a developer to redo our website. Theme that we chose was the enfold theme. After the redone was finished, we noticed that the theme that we currently are using has version number is 3.0.5 witch is way off from the current version 3.4.7.
So my question is, if we update our theme from version 3.0.5 to v 3.4.7 does it affect/mess out our layout, css styles etc? or do we have to reinstall?

If the developer you hired didn’t modified the theme files extensively you wouldn’t have any issues, from what i see it seems he didn’t, i’d suggest updating but doing a backup of what you have now, just in case.

I have another question. In my enfold footer – Socket In here I have some text, that I have place under, Default Footer Widgets & Socket Settings.
I can’t seen to get rid of “your company link” How do I remove this? I don’t see it under the settings!

Hey!
No it is not possible. You can use an other type of form like gravity forms, for that type of functionality to be achived!

I have another question. I’m trying to remove the titles to images. I tried to do remove the titles in the WP:s media library. But they just keep returning. I was told this change has to be made in enfold theme settings but I can’t seem to find it anywhere.

Place the code in wp-content/themes/enfold/functions.php, not in wp-includes/functions.php.

I’m using the social share buttons, and have my site language set to Swedish. My question is why doesn’t the “share” buttons change to Swedish? and do you have any clue how to have it in Swedish?

The Swedish translation may not be 100% complete, one thing you can do is install this plugin and translate that string in your install.

Question… I already have google translate, if using the The Loco Translate plugin as you mention about.. Is this plugin like google translate and translates all the page content to or just buttons like FB etc? and can I have both plugins installed?

8% Swedish translated, 2764 strings (2536 untranslated) my question is. There is an option where I can translate my self… does these translations only show up on my enfold or are they added to the total translated?Regards,

They’re added up to the total translated but not merged, the plugin handles its own translation file in another location (which you can set i believe).
