Hello,
My sites are not longer allowing me to update to the latest version..all of my licenses are up to date.
Please advise.

Please try the following plugin in order to clear WordPress transients: https://wordpress.org/plugins/artiss-transient-cleaner/
Not all server environments support the update functionality unfortunately, so you might have to update the theme manually if the plugin does not work out: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
