    Dear support team,

    I’ve read a lot in the forum, but I haven’t found any help for my problem. We have integrated an event countdown on our website https://www.bensheim-aktiv.de/ to show the upcoming event. It always worked great. Unfortunately not anymore.

    I have currently entered the date of the next event manually. Before that, the event countdown automatically picked the next date of the event.
    Here is a test page where the countdown is integrated, but is not shown because it does not automatically pick an event. https://www.bensheim-aktiv.de/test-event-countwon/

    Can you help me with the problem?

    Hey LorbeerDesign,

    Can you disable caching and minification for now?

    The event countdown seems to be working on your home page.

    The animated countdown on the test page does not use an event, just a date in the future.

    Hello Victoria,

    thanks a lot for your quick help. I assigned a day to the countdown on the start page. Therefore it works.
    How can I tell the countdown on the test page to report an event and not a date in the future?

    Hi Katrin,

    You need to use the Events Countdown, not the Animated countdown :)
