September 13, 2016 at 4:14 am #685463Hey!
Thank you for the info. However, I don’t see any obvious issue with the page. Could you please provide a screenshot? And please update the theme to the latest version, 3.8.
Best regards,
IsmaelSeptember 13, 2016 at 7:00 am #685525If you visit http://www.cyclecentralpark.com on a mobile device and then click on the menu – scroll down to the bottom – you will see additional – unwanted contet (things to do in Central Park and sights to see) – that doesn’t not belong there …
That “unwanted content” is only visible while visiting the homepage !!!
Here is the screenshot of the issue:

September 15, 2016 at 5:45 am #686697Hi!
I see. Thank you for the screenshot. Please add this in the Quick CSS field:
#mobile-advanced { min-height: 9999px; }
Cheers!
IsmaelSeptember 15, 2016 at 3:20 pm #686941Hello,
thanks for trying to help me!
I have added that code to theme options / general styling / Quick CSS – but unfortunately it did not solve the problem – i still see the unwanted content in the menu while visiting the homepage.
Do you think there is any other solutions to this?
Thanks again !

September 15, 2016 at 4:32 pm #686988Hi!
Please try de-activating all active plugins and check if that helps. If not, please try adding the code as following
#mobile-advanced { min-height: 18000px !important; }
Cheers!
YigitSeptember 15, 2016 at 6:38 pm #687050Hey – your solution did not help…
September 19, 2016 at 6:16 am #688284Hey!
We tried to login but the email is invalid. Please check the login credentials. The css code is not working because the inline styling of mobile menu overrides it. Please use this one:
#mobile-advanced { min-height: 18000px !important; }
UPDATE: I just noticed that we provided the same code. Please remove browser cache or hard refresh the page after adding the css code. Or post the correct login credentials so that we can apply the code in your installation.
Best regards,
IsmaelSeptember 19, 2016 at 6:47 am #688296Hello,

September 21, 2016 at 2:30 pm #689826Hi,
for me there is no content anymore below your mobile menu. So it seems to me that you could fix it. If you still see it then it might be because of your caching plugin. Would you mind opening your plugin’s settings page and temporarily deactivate the caching of your site? Then please try to clear your browser cache and hard refresh the site (Hold CTRL + SHIFT + RELOAD) to see if that solves the issue. Deactivate your caching plugin afterwards, as well as all other plugins and check again.

AndySeptember 21, 2016 at 4:15 pm #689896The additional content is only visible while visiting the “homepage” – if you visit any other pages – “the content” will not be showing – but if you go back to the “homepage” you can see all that “additional content” again….
September 23, 2016 at 11:01 am #690603October 21, 2016 at 3:17 pm #702456the problem is still there – it never disappeared – while on the home page on the mobile device – additional content is still displayed on the very bottom of the menu – while visiting the homepage.

October 27, 2016 at 6:19 am #704669Hi,
I’m trying to fix the issue but the changes are not affecting the site so I deactivated the cache plugin. The site fails to load after the deactivation. Please disable the wp-content > plugins folder by renaming it temporarily. We are very sorry for the inconvenience.

IsmaelOctober 27, 2016 at 12:58 pm #704811What the hell happened ?? What exactly do i have to rename? I cannot believe you just messed everything up!!!
October 27, 2016 at 1:42 pm #704816i had to call my hosting provider – and the only solution they had at this point – was a 1 week old back-up of my site – i lost 3 days day worth of work…
Not sure what you did wrong – but your support is gonna cost me time and money…
Im really disappointed and cannot believe you’ve caused this :(
October 31, 2016 at 2:45 pm #706176Hi,

I tried to login to check your backend, but credentials are not working. Can you check and let us know if you still need help?
Best regards,
