    Dear support,

    How can I remove unwanted columns in my sidebar, which are default? When I customize my sidebar with personal widgets, they still show off, below my columns.

    In your WordPress admin area, go to the Appearance > Widgets page. Check that there are no widgets in the Displayed Everywhere sidebar.
