Hi,
After several tries, I didn’t find a solution to fix this minor problem.
I’ve used caching plugin, several options of Enfold to perform the speed of my site.
According to Google insights, ther is a still at last CSS ressource which is not used but present in the code of my page.
See private link.
Best regards.

That is the compressed CSS file from the theme, it contains all the CSS so some might not apply to the actual page you are testing. You can try to activate the option to delete the old CSS and JS files under Enfold->Performance to see if that changes anything. If not then there’s not much we can do about it unfortunately, since it would mean generating individual CSS files for each page on your site, which is not realistic.
Best regards,

I am using a limited number of elements on my site and I am also getting around 80% of the CCS and 65% of the JS as unused code. That is quite a big deal with 400 Kb “dead weight” of unused code on a page that is around 1.2 MB in size.Under performance, if I am manually disable unused elements, what happens with the CCS and JS? Will the code still be there? That kind of defeat the purpose with disabling them in that case?
Since performance quickly is becoming the third leg of SEO the other two being on-page optimisation and linking strategies, it would be great if you could look into this and try to minimize the dead-weight.
Having this said, you are no better or no worse than most of the websites I have looked at, but it doesn’t hurt to excel….. ;=))

I’m not 100% sure about this, but I think a solution for that would be very complicated. But I’ll ask our developers just to be sure. Having said that, I think there are performance plugin which will generate all the CSS needed for a single page, and then adds that inline. I’m not sure which plugin exactly does that though, and I’m not sure if it works with Enfold or not.
Best regards,
