    I have several websites running the Enfold theme. My customers have purchased the Theme via ThemeForest. Running theme updates within WordPress is a harrowing experience in any of the three “In-WordPress” methods – Themes, Theme Options, WordPress Updates – and Enfold 4.3.1 simply crashes one of my sites every time. Blank browser, WordPress login blank as well, rolling back to 4.2.2 and everything is fine. Some sites seem fine. Others crash. I have learned to shuffle previous versions around for FTP when my websites die. Can anyone give me some help on this?

    Hey ulcontrols,

    Sorry for the problems. You might have to completely delete the theme folder and upload the new version via FTP, since some files have switched places and that is likely what is causing that site to crash. Could you try that out to see if it helps please?
