    Hi team Enfold

    I was wondering how I can unmute a video slide (youtube link) on the homepage of the website of a client. Credentials and link are provided in the private content. I added the video controls and mute video is not selected, still the sound is not playing.

    I discovered an additional issue. The tables we use on our portfolio pages are completely invisible on mobile devices. They are not hidden in the responsive options or whatsoever, please refer to the page in the private section to see what I mean.

    I really hope that someone can fix me up with a solution asap, my client is hoping to launch asap! :)

    Hi,

    Thanks for contacting us and sorry for the late reply!

    1- Browsers prevent video autoplay when sound is enabled therefore videos are muted by default when autoplay is enabled.

    2- Please consider adding another table (tabular not pricing table) to your page right below your current table and edit your element and go to Advanced > Responsive Styling and choose “scrollable”.

    Login link did not work for me so I could not create an example. If you would like us to create one, please check logins once again :)

    1- Okay, I’ll let the client decide if he prefers sound over autoplay.
    2- That worked, thank you.

    I do have an additional question. We also have a video slider on our portfolio pages. But these videos disappear on mobile devices. Please check the private content for a link and a new login.

    Hi,

    Videos in sliders are disabled on mobile. Could you please consider adding Video Element and choose to hide it on desktop in Advanced tab as a workaround?

    Sorry for the late reply. We created a simpler workaround by adding the video’s separately on mobile, so no sliders.
