Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_FUNCTION, expecting ‘)’ in /home/anotefacilcom/public_html/wp-content/themes/enfold/framework/php/class-htmlhelper.php on line 941

I was can´t install demo ‘Enfold 2017’ and in the forum, one moderator indicated the prior task update the theme.
I tried from section “update” on Enfold configurations, but not was happening, then I follow the instructions to do it manually. I downloaded again by Themeforest today (27 april 2018), and uploaded by FTP overwriting all files.

This error it was showed imediatly at I refresh the browser.

The only way to acess againd de WordPress Admin was deleting all Enfold Folder by FTP.

Then I tried install again by page of instalation on WP Admin uploading the Enfold ZIP file, that was installed with success but when it was activated the error was the same.

I deleted again de Enfold Folder by FTP. I unzip the Enfold Zip file on my computer and uploaded the Enfold Folder by FTP. When I refreshed my browser, it was show me the same error.

Detail Importante: I am using multisite options (site.com/sub1 format)

    Hey LuizBase,

Can you give us temporary admin access to your website in the private content box below, so that we can have a closer look?

This looks like your php version is low. Please check. It should be at least php5.6.3 for the code to work properly.

    Best regards,
    Victoria

    Hi,

Thanks for that, I’m not sure why that is not working. Did you try to clear the cache from your caching plugin? If that doesn’t help then please try to deactivate all plugins to see if there is a conflict coming from any of them.

    Best regards,
    Rikard
