Hi!
I’m using a single page website from the demo, but decided to have a link to another page. The menu links have anchor text as well. Was wondering is there is any way to remove the active menu underline for pages not on the menu.

You need to add a different menu of the single pages using a plugin like https://wordpress.org/plugins/zen-menu-logic/ and add custom css in Enfold > general styling > Quick css or in child theme style.css to style them to suit your design.
