For iphone 5, when i switch from portrait to landscape mode, about half of the footer is covered with white stripe, i.e. that part of the screen does not seem to be refreshed properly with the color of the footer. Please kindly help
May 2, 2014 at 4:53 am #259182Hi iotaip!
Thank you for using the theme!
Do you mind if we take a look at the website? I’ll ask the rest of the support team to visit this thread just to make sure that you’ll get a response. A screenshot showing the issue will help.
Best regards,

I have just checked your website on my iphone 4 and this is how it looks on my end – http://i.imgur.com/F9b2q1t.png
Have you already fixed the issue?Regards,
YigitMay 5, 2014 at 2:50 pm #260272Thanks Yigit.
No I am still experiencing the problem – i am using iphone 5.
The problem shows every time when starting with portrait and then switching to landscape mode.
May 5, 2014 at 2:57 pm #260278Hey!
And what happens when you scroll on the page? Also, does it happen when you load/refresh the page on landscape mode? I do not have a chance to test your website on an actual iphone 5 unfortunately and as far as i know, no one from the team is using iphone 5.
Best regards,
YigitMay 5, 2014 at 3:07 pm #260284Once you see the whitened area, scrolling up and down in landscape mode does not remove it. However, if I reload the entire page in landscape mode, then everything is back to normal.
May 5, 2014 at 3:12 pm #260288Hi Yigit,
I noticed that your screen shot is taken at the “Feel Free …” line. The problematic area is not visible at that spot, to see it you need to keep scrolling to the bottom of the page. You switch mode at the “Feel Free … “line but need to see the problem at the footer area.May 5, 2014 at 3:52 pm #260300Hey!
I’ve tried getting it to happen on my end but so far switching back and forth hasn’t given me the same results. You could try adding a blank 1/1 column after the contact form and see if that helps with what you see but otherwise I’m not quite sure what could be done as I’m not able to reproduce it either.
Cheers!
