Hello Support,
i have a strange problem.I want to use the “Classified Listing” extension with Enfold – but I get the following error messages: Uncaught ReferenceError: rtcl is not defined
If I change the theme to a different one, everything works. Anyone have an idea?I would be very grateful for any help.

I don’t see any thread with the same error.
The problem might be a conflict between a plugin and Enfold.
Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.- Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
- Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
- Click ” Create New “.
- Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( to be sure that we have enough time to debug ). - Click ” Submit “.
- You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.
When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create an admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.Best regards,

thank you very much for your quick answer.Yes exactly – it’s an issue between the Classified Listing and Enfold. If I use a different theme, there are no problems.
You can see the problem here: https://XXXXXXXX.de/listing-form/
Just open the console and select a category. Then comes
“Uncaught ReferenceError: rtcl is not defined
<anonymous> https://XXXXXXXX.de/wp-content/plugins/classified-listing/assets/js/public-add-post.min.js?ver=2.4.2:1
jQuery 2
”Thank you for taking a look at this.
Best regards
SimonMay 19, 2023 at 11:56 pm #1407993Hi Simon,
Thanks for giving us admin access.
It seems the conflict was not with Enfold and the listing plugin but the child theme.
Specifically, it was this code in functions.php:function ewp_remove_cf7_scripts() { wp_dequeue_script( 'wp-polyfill' ); wp_deregister_script( 'wp-polyfill' ); } add_action( 'wp_enqueue_scripts', 'ewp_remove_cf7_scripts', 100 );
I commented out the action hook to disable it and the listing page works properly.
Please review your site.Best regards,
Nikko -
