Hello,
The slider isn’t working anymore. I’m not sure it has something to do with an update. It renders this error in console:

WordPress 4.6.1September 8, 2016 at 3:45 pm #683756Hi rbovenkamp!
Can you please try de-activating all active plugins and check if that helps?
If not, please try re-updating the theme via FTP and overwrite all files – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/Regards,
YigitSeptember 8, 2016 at 4:22 pm #683781Hi Yigit,
It’s a new site and the only active plugin is Akismet. I deactivated Akismet to be sure, but unfortunately without succes.
Also overwriting the theme files didn’t had any succes.
Regards Rick

Do you mind creating a temporary admin login and posting it here privately? We may need FTP logins as well.

September 13, 2016 at 6:26 am #685513Hi,
I’m not sure what is going on there to be honest but we released a new version of the theme yesterday (3.8), could you try updating to see if that helps? http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

September 14, 2016 at 2:54 pm #686386September 17, 2016 at 2:18 am #687787Hi,
Sorry for the late reply, I tried to re-create a new slider and the same error occurs but after clicking the arrows the slider seem to work fine. Would you mind telling us which php version is being used on your server?
Please try to update the theme manually
1. Download a fresh copy of the theme from themeforest.
2. Backup the enfold theme folder.
3. Delete the enfold theme folder.
4. Upload the newly downloaded theme folder.
5. Add a child theme http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/using-a-child-theme/
6. Activate the child theme from Appearance > Menu.more details here – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
Let us know if this helps.

though this topic is pretty old, i got the exact same problem.
I don’t know what happend but the site is showing pretty weird things respectively no things at all (like the slider)
I updated manually with a fresh copy of enfold and nothing changed.
I deactivated all plugins – nothing changed.

RikardNovember 9, 2018 at 11:17 am #1031609Hi Rikard, hi Victoria,
yea I noticed the errors.. but what does “come from some button or link” exactly mean!?
Can you point out which button or link? There are a lot on this page!
What can I do to fix this issue?
Please help me to fix this, my client is waiting.
Thank you so much.

November 14, 2018 at 8:43 pm #1033646Hi,
Submenu shows when you click on it. You can change the way submenu appears in the mobile menu from the settings Enfold > Main Menu > Burger Menu > Menu Icon Submenu items
I also checked for the issue with the Full screen slider and the testimonial slider and bot are working fine. Please see attached screenshot. If you are still facing any issue, create a new ticket and let us know what device and browser you are using.
Best regards,
Vinay -
