Where exactly are you seeing those error messages? Are they being emailed to your by WordPress? Please send us a temporary WordPress admin login and login URL so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.

October 6, 2020 at 10:10 am #1250787Hi,
Thanks for that. I wanted to check the content of your child theme but Apparance->Editor is not available on your installation. Please activate that function or share FTP details in private as well. If you have footer.php added to your child theme then you might want to try to copy a clean version of that file to your child, and then add your customisations back after that.

I have enabled the Editor. Please check. footer.php file wasn’t modified by us.October 7, 2020 at 9:22 am #1251062Hi,
Thanks for the that. Does the same problem happen if you activate the parent theme?

RikardOctober 7, 2020 at 10:37 am #1251093Hi Rikard,
as it’s a production site – I haven’t tried it. However, the only customisations that are in the child theme are the following functions in the functions.php file. I’m posting them in the private content section.October 8, 2020 at 7:35 am #1251320Hi,
Thanks for that. Would you be able to copy the site to a staging area, so that we can try to activate the parent theme?

Thanks for that. The login details are working for the htaccess login prompt, but not for WordPress itself. Could you include those details as well please?

RikardOctober 12, 2020 at 3:37 pm #1252295Hi Rikard,
I’ve posted them in my earlier msg. Please find them again in the private content section of this msg.October 14, 2020 at 5:02 am #1252661Hi,
Thanks for that. Have you been getting the same error message email from the staging site? I’ve activated the parent theme on the staging site not, please let us know if the emails stop after that. If not then please try updating the theme to the latest version, and disable all plugin as well to see if that changes anything. Also, is something actually not working as it should on your site because of this problem?
Best regards,
Rikard -
