Unanswered Topic; How to Communicate?

I posted a topic (Space Below six-columns in Enfold Mobile View: #529568) the other day (and then made three additional posts). I realize that each post puts it back to the beginning, and it won’t get answered as quickly. Yet it appears there have been many topics posted AFTER my last post, and they have already been responded to.

I’m just wondering if a topic can get “lost in the shuffle?” I looked, but didn’t see an alternate way to communicate with Kriesi Support, so that’s why I’ve posted here.

I realize that you are responding to a LOT of topics; thanks for your attention to this, and hopefully you can take a look at the topic I need help with.
