July 21, 2017 at 7:44 am #825014Hey naqashsattar,
Thanks for the login details. First off, could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.1.2) to see if that helps please? http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
If you are not running a child theme then I would recommend that you install one: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/portfolio-item/create-a-child-theme/
Best regards,
RikardJuly 21, 2017 at 2:28 pm #825121Hi Rikard
I have updated the theme 2 weeks before .. its the latest version.regarding child theme it says if we upload child theme we need to do all the settings of theme we have done on main theme and i really dont want to do that again
July 22, 2017 at 6:48 am #826794Hi,
We released a new version this week so I’m guessing you are not running the latest version then. Please try updating. You can export the settings from your parent theme to the child in the theme options. We recommend that you don’t change the name of the parent like you have since you won’t be able to update via the backend if you do.
Best regards,

October 24, 2017 at 11:40 am #868114Hi naqashsattar,
Please deactivate all plugins one by one to check which one is causing this issue and let us know if this solves the problem.

November 4, 2017 at 6:59 pm #872577Hi,
I see the error on your site, editing a text box with content open a new box instead of the one clicked, but using the debugger to copy the page to a new install makes the page work correctly. I see that you tried disabling your plugins with no success, but this behavior points to a plugin. Can we try disabling your plugins to test further?Best regards,
MikeNovember 4, 2017 at 7:12 pm #872583Hi Mike
Yes please disable the plugins and try it by yourself. You have full authority to check and try by your way.
Thanks
NaqashNovember 5, 2017 at 7:56 pm #872793Hi,
I deactivated your plugins and checked your functions.php for extra code, but no luck. Odd that your page works on a clean install.
I see you are using PHP Version 5.6.31, please ask your host to update to v7, and try to update manually via FTP: https://vimeo.com/67209750
Or: http://kriesi.at/archives/the-complete-guide-to-updating-enfold
to overwrite any corrupt files.Best regards,
MikeNovember 5, 2017 at 8:03 pm #872796Hi Mike

What can we do now?November 6, 2017 at 5:41 pm #873212Hi naqashsattar,
I think you should double check with your hosting provider, why there is a difference.

VictoriaNovember 6, 2017 at 5:43 pm #873218Hi Victoria
I checked with them tbis account is on php 7.1
My question is why it is working on new pages but not on exisiting one? There must be something wrong in theme files otherwise as a whole it should not work.
November 7, 2017 at 7:56 pm #873874Hi,
It can be a specific element or something that crashing ( exampe, a php memory limit ).
We cant be 100% sure on how to identify that issue to be honest with you.Best regards,
