Hey, I have been trying to upload some custom fonts to enfold theme Custom Font Manager but it is giving me this error:
“Couldn’t add the font because the server didn’t respond.
Please reload the page, then try again”
I have tried changing the browser, removing cache, and enabling PHP ZipArchive as well but no luck. I have also tried to do it in the Enfold parent theme as well but it isn’t working.

    Debug.log shows this error:
[22-Dec-2019 11:57:54 UTC] PHP Fatal error: Class ‘ZipArchive’ not found in wp-content/themes/enfold/framework/php/font-management/class-avia-font-management-base.php on line 407

    Solved:
Nevermind, I found the solution. Just installed ZipArchive PHP extension and checked the zip checkbox in Select PHP Versions option in Cpanel. It worked for me. The ZipArchive was not enabled correctly that is why it was not working.
