Hi there,
I haven’t been in my WP Admin for around 6 months and it looks like i am behind on Versions of Enfold and WordPress. I was on WP Version 4.1.7 and via C-Panel seem to have updated it to the latest WP Version 4.3.1. This didn’t resolve the problems in my WP Admin dashboard however ………. When I try to ‘Update’ Enfold-Child-Alaska-Charters it bumps me to this screen (see screenshots as below). Could you go into my WP Admin and see what the problem is. I have no idea what to do next so that I can continue building the site.
Trying to go into the 8 Updates or Plugins does a similar thing. I don’t use the plugins so they can be deactivated/deleted.
Thank you – Susi

Please try updating the theme manually via FTP – kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

YigitNovember 22, 2015 at 6:02 am #540310Hi Yigit,
Thanks for the comeback. I followed your instructions and updated to the current version which was 3.4.2. It seems like the update went through ok. In the WP Admin Dashboard under Theme Update I then had the message:
“A new Version (3.4.2) of your Parent Theme (Enfold) is available! You are using Version 3.4.2.
Do you want to update? ((Yes weird!! you can see screenshot at http://aclassicyacht.com/activities/zz/ )I did click on Update Now to see what it would do and it bumps me to the same “Nothing Found”screen.
Shortly thereafter Enfold Version 3.4.3 was released and the Update Screen did show new update available, i.e.:
Update Available!
A new Version (3.4.3) of your Parent Theme (Enfold) is available! You are using Version 3.4.2.
Do you want to update?but same result when I try to update it goes to Nothing Found screen.
Do you think it is a WordPress problem?? Please let me know if you have any suggestions on what to try next. My only thought is to reinstall WordPress [but first I have to get FileZilla working (am overseas) which doesn’t like the IP address of router i am now behind] then look for professional WP help.
Thanks again for your time – Susi

BasilisDecember 3, 2015 at 12:14 am #546174Hi there,
It wouldn’t even let me into the install screen. I was at the point of paying someone to take a look at the site but ended up deleting everything and reinstalling WordPress and Enfold theme. It may have been the long way of doing things but the site was still under construction. Now I have a clean slate that at least I feel i can rely on. I’ll keep on top of the updates now i know the dire consequences.
Thank you for your help.
Susi
