I’m the content manager of the Centro Nacional de las Artes page http://www.cenart.gob.mx and couldn’t update the Enfold theme via token on Theme options-Theme update-. The system said “Last time we checked the token we were not able to connected to Envato”.
I also tried uploadind the purchased theme via zip but did not work and it said it couldn’t copy some files because “permiso de archivo inconsistentes” or some files don’t have pemits or something about functions-enfold.phpI could upload the theme on my sandbox but not on the current page. The thing is that with the old version of the theme the search results are not clickable and I can’t restore the media contents on my sanbox (images, etc).
I hope you can help me.

Can you try to check the read/write permission of the functions.php file? permission should be 644.
If that doesn’t help, please give us temporary admin access to your site and FTP access as well.

NikkoHi, thank you for your answer. I’ll give you the temporary access to the sithe and FTP below. I dont know if you can access the server because it’s a goverment one from Secretaría de Cultura from Mexico.

I have checked it and it seems the problem is insufficient permission.
Please follow the instructions in https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/#how-to-generate-a-envato-personal-token
Make sure that the permission is the same as the one shown in the documentation and it should work.

NikkoHi Nikko. The cenart.gob.mx went down today because of the server I think and now I restored the backup I had and via FTP uploaded the latest version of Enfold. 5.5
The images are not working. I can see them when I upload them in the library media but I don’t see them on the frontend.Hi. There’s no more problem with the images. But now I have problems with the responsiveness in general of the site on mobile phone.
I already have the burger mobile menu enabled but it appears weird. Also the slider looks weird.
Beacuse the webpage crashed today because of the server, I restored with Updraftplus my latest database and uploaded via FTP the latest Enfold theme version. I don’t have access to the server because it’s a goverment one here at Centro Nacional de las Artes, but if you have 4 minutes, could you check if everything is fine with the theme and instalation?
I want the page to be fast and secure. I need to delete a lot of trash from previous years… Anyways, just to check if the optimization of the images are ok and so on.

I have checked your site and it seems Enfold 5.5 was installed and activated properly.
However, images seems to be loaded from somewhere (I think one of the plugins is causing this), I have posted the logo url being fetched in private content.
Also, if you inspect your site and go to Console, you will see some 404 errors showing from images and/or webfont.
Please try to temporarily disable any image optimization plugins and see if it helps.Best regards,
