    I took over a WordPress site as a new employee for a company. There is not access to the original account that purchased the Theme. I repurchased the Theme to obtain access to the API key for updates but it will not save. I am unable to update the Theme which is currently Theme Version Number is 3.8.4. The Avia Layout Builder will not load; therefore, I cannot create new pages or see content on past pages in order to edit it. Can someone please advise as to how to update the site so that it will function correctly under the circumstances? Thank you.

    Hey Gen1MediaGroup,

    You can go to themforest and download the new version of the theme and update it via FTP, but please make a backup before updating and check if your php version is not less than 5.6.3.

    Install Enfold over FTP
