unable to update enfold - Support | Kriesi.at

I am getting this error message when I try to update enfold on the danish section of the site but didn’t have any issue with updating on the english side. Do you know what might be causing this? thanks, Nancy

Please try updating the theme manually via FTP – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

thanks, I know I can do it via ftp but thought it was strange that one side could update but the other couldn’t.

Hi!

Are both sites .dk domains? One user had the same problem with .dk domain, it could have something to do with Danish servers.
