    Hi all,

    Im unable to save the considerable work Ive done on my layerslider. This is the error I am getting.

    It seems there is a server issue that prevented LayerSlider from saving your work. Please check LayerSlider -> System Status for potential errors, try to temporarily disable themes/plugins to rule out incompatibility issues or contact your hosting provider to resolve server configuration problems. Your HTTP server thrown the following error: \n\n Forbidden

    I cannot afford to lose the updated slider that is currently open aand waiting to be saved in my browser. Please advise. Thanks

    Hey akasumyan,

    Please send us a temporary admin login and login URL so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply. Also, I would recommend that you contact your hosting provider to see if they know why you are getting that error message.
