    I am unable to register the purchase code for support. I think i might had a typo in my email adress because i have not received any email un upton trying to register again i received this alert:

    Sorry, but that item purchase code has already been registered with another account. Please login to that account to continue, or create a new account with another purchase code.

    Which email address did you use to register the account, and what is the account name? We couldn’t find any account registered under your current email address.
