Unable to post to support forum with valid license

Hello,

I’ve purchased an additional 6 months of support for your Enfold theme but I’m unable to post a question in the support forum because when I try to register with the license, it tells me there’s already an account associated with the license code, and I can’t reset the account password because the form isn’t recognizing my email addresses.

Can you please help me locate the email address that’s associated with my account? The license code is:

Yes, it’s registered already, it looks like your name but on a different domain. Please see private. We can change the email for you to the one you are using here?
