    Hey isaaccolavecchio,

    Could you try deactivating all plugins to see if one of them is causing a conflict please?

    I have deactivate all of the plugins and I am still unable to move menu items.

    Please try adding following line to your wp-config.php file near top

    define('CONCATENATE_SCRIPTS', false );
