    Hi there,

    I’ve purchased the theme, but i’ve got some issues with the installation.

    After about 5 min into installation process, WordPress pops up with “Are you sure you want to do this? Please Try again.” Then it takes me back to the original screen.

    I’m definitely installing the correct theme archive – the folder with wordpress files (not the whole envato folder), and I’ve done lots of installs in the past.

    What is the issue?

    Hi maxmamaev,

    The server could have an issue with the size of the zip or the content inside. The best thing to do is just install it via FTP.

    I’ve got the same problem, tried uploading the file manually but it broke my installation.
