Hi!
I have an old version of enfold, and I didn’t get the logins of my account on themeforest. So, I have purchased enfold again, as I wanted to get a new up to date version of the theme. I have tried to upload the new zip file of the theme but It didn’t work, I’m getting the following message.
“The link you followed has expired.” Could you please support?Please check your maximum upload file size which is shown on the “Media > Add New” page. Also also be aware to upload the theme file only, not the full package from themeforest.
It didn’t work.
The Enfold Theme Options also don’t work for me. I have also tried different ways based on this this article https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/install-enfold-theme/#why-child-theme . Also nothing worked for me.
Could you please assist?Please go to yourdomain/wp-admin/site-health.php?tab=debug and copy the report here – you may prefer to do so in private, but in that case I won’t be able to help further, since I’m not part of the official team.
