    Hello,

    I tried to upload Enfold on a new wordpress installation. I bought a new license and downloaded the installation file.
    When starting the upload the following message appears:
    Der Link, dem du gefolgst bist, ist abgelaufen.
    Bitte versuche es nochmal.

    I tried the file from another license with the same result.
    Then I downloded a free theme from wordpress.org. This installation worked well!

    Do you have any idea about this?

    Hey Rainer,

    Thank you for the inquiry.

    Have you extracted the Enfold zip folder from the package that you downloaded from Themeforest? Please note that the theme zip file is inside the Themeforest package. You have to extract it first before uploading it to the Appearance > Themes panel. Let us know if you need more assistance.

    Hey Ismael,
    I used the zip file that is provided by Envato under “Downloads/Installable WordPress file only”. This worked well up with the other wordpress installations I work with. Then I tried the envato.zip that I extracted from the complete download file. The result is the same.
    In the wordpress support forum I don’t find any post concerning this error.

    Hi Rainer,

    Currently, the maximum file upload size on your server is 10MB. Please contact your hosting provider and ask them to increase it to 64M.

    After that, you should be able to upload the theme in WordPress dashboard.

    Alternatively, you can install the theme via FTP: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/install-enfold-theme/#ftp-install. If you’d like us to help you with that, please post FTP logins here privately as well.
