Hi,
I’m currently unable to insert images in Posts & Pages that I have uploaded to the Media Library.
I’ve tried all the types of Page editors and also tried adding them using raw HTML without any success. Can you help?

July 16, 2019 at 5:34 am #1119037Hey antiguanice,
I added an image to the top of the post you linked to and it works as expected on my end, please try to explain the problem a bit further.

Apologies for the delay and I see that you have been able to add an image to a separate section.
The issue that I have is when I try to add an image as part of of the Text Block below the section you added.
Whichever method I chose to add the Image to the page, nothing is added.
Typically, I click the Add Media button, select the image, then click the Insert into page button. Nothing is added in the Text Block and nothing is shown in the preview.I hope that this helps.

Thanks for the update and clarification, what happens if you select to use the Classic Editor in the main page of the theme options?

If I attempt to use the default editor, I receive an error message stating the following:
This block contains unexpected or invalid content.
There are two buttons, one to Resolve the issue and another to switch to HTML.
Presumably resolving the content would amend the page’s format which is something that I don’t want to do and amending the page in HTML is not an option that I would like to take as it’s too long winded.Have you tried to add the image within the text block as I have attempted to?

It’s not working on my end either when I try to add an image using a text block element. Are we allowed to activate the Classic Editor for testing purposes? Also, did you try to disable all plugins to see if there is a conflict coming from any of them?
Best regards,
RikardAugust 1, 2019 at 2:40 pm #1123913Hi Rikard,
Rikard, I’m ‘glad’ that you also see what I see, that is good news.
You can activate the Classic Editor by all means but please tell me if it alters the Home page because I will then have to restore the website as soon possible.
I haven’t disabled all of the plugins but that is an option if another solution doesn’t work.

Thanks for the update, changing editors didn’t make any difference so it’s likely due to one of your plugins. Are we allowed to temporarily deactivate plugins as well?

By all means, please temporarily disable the plugins and continue testing.

Thanks, I deactivated all active plugins and it worked after that. Check the page in private for verification. I’m not sure exactly which plugins is the culprit, but you can find that out by activating them one by one to check when it start to not work anymore.
