    Hi all,
    I selected some icons from fontello.com, downloaded the zip to my desktop.
    However, when I try to import them I cannot “import this file type”.
    Any clues?

    My problem, however, is that I cannot import the zip file at all.
    Any idea why?

    Hi,

    Please make sure that your hosting server will allow this. In most cases they do. Once you confirm that you are able to upload zip files we need to take a closer look. Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    Login credentials include:

    • The URL to the login screen.
    • A valid username (with full administration capabilities).
    • As well as a password for that username.
    • permission to deactivate plugins if necessary.
