    Hello,
    I recently installed Enfold on my site, but when I attempt to import any of the demo options, I get the following error:
    IMPORTING DIDN’T WORK!
    YOU MIGHT WANT TO TRY RELOADING THE PAGE
    AND THEN TRY AGAIN.
    I have reloaded, cleared cache, cookie, etc but still no luck.

    Can you give us temporary admin access to your website in the private content box below, so that we can have a closer look?

    Which demo are you trying to import?

    Sure, I am trying to import the Shop demo. My credentials are below.
