    Hi,

    I’ve created a very simple blog page that has one element in it called portfolio grid. The problem is that I can’t get the blog to show up correctly when I realized that the categories area was missing.

    How do I fix this?

    Hey slui,
    Please check the url, as I’m getting the “site can’t be reached” error.
    I assume you have tried disabling your plugins and any custom scripts?
    Can we also try disabling these?

    Hi,

    Please create one (or more) portfolio categories (see link in private data field). You also need to create at least one portfolio item, otherwise the grid can’t show any entries.

    Hi Peter,

    Thanks for the information. After doing this I realized that creating portfolio categories means more work to display a blog in a grid layout.

    So I just went ahead used the standard blog element and set it to grid and I’m getting something funky happening on my blog page. Essentially, I’m getting the full blog posted and the following blogs in sequential order.

    I have no sidebars and I’ve disabled all plugins and I still have the issue.

    Please take a look at the backend and I’ll post the blog page in the private section below

    Let me know what else I need to do get it right.

    Hi,
    I logged in and changed the setting at Enfold Theme Options > Blog Layout > Blog Layout > Grid Layout
    and now your blog page displays as a grid.
    Please check.

    Oh…thanks Mike. I wasn’t aware that it had to be controlled through the main Enfold panel.
