I just updated my Enfold website for the first time in some time and now when I try to edit a page, I get the spinning wheel but I am unable to use the advanced edit or have any access to edit any of my previous pages?
Hey joelpukalo,
Which PHP version are you currently running?
Best regards,
Jordan Shannon

Hi,
I have moved your login details in private content, so it can only be seen by moderators and you. I tried to login to your site, using the details given but it doesn’t work on my end, please check.

Hi,
Thank you for the info. The site is still using an old version of the theme, 2.6.2, which is not compatible with WordPress 4.9.4. Please upgrade the theme to version 4.2.6.
Best regards,
Ismael
Thank you. How do I do this?
Sorry I googled it and was able to put in the API key so will it just update within 12 hours now according to the support docs on your website in this regard or is there something else.
Hi,
If you are unable to update via the API key, please Try to update manually via FTP: https://vimeo.com/67209750
