    I updates to WordPress version 4.0 and i have running Enfold theme 2.6.4 but when I edit page I can’t see “Advanced Layout Editor” option what so ever. Also, the Enfold theme options not showing correct. Please help

    I updated to newer version of Enfold 2.9.2 which fixed the issue related to editing pages but now the site menu and slider are messed up totally. Please visit newsmilesfrisco.com so that you can view the issue. Help please!

    I fixed the main menu but still have issues with Layer Slider, It’s not coming up.

    Hi,

    I cant even do update… Enfold them option is not working, Layout editor as well…
    Do you have a solution for this

    Hosting company inform me that they have some problems with the servers… Seems to be their failure…

    Thank you for your responses. There was a compression plugin which caused the issue, I deactivated the plugin and the slider started to work. I have one more issue which I am trying to fix. Prior to the upgrade the New Patient special was not appearing like it is now. I see its coming on every page and on home page its coming multiple times. Also, the footer is messed up as well. For example: I see Interesting links come here.. Not sure from where it is coming. Can you please provide me suggestion.

    Hi!

    1-Have you checked “New Patient” issue while plugins are de-activated?
    2- You can go to Appearance > Widgets and place an empty text widget to Footer Column 1 widget area not to display default widgets

    Thank you, The issue with interesting links is now disappeared.

    The New Patient is still appearing and prior to WP upgrade and Enfold Theme upgrade it was working just fine. The New Patient Special and several others similar to that were at the bottom of that screen which all disappeared now.

    Finally, what a nightmare with the upgrade.. resolved the New Patient issue. One final one which need your help.. How do I find the page ID’s? Because I need to exclude some ID’s at the bottom of the page because the list is too long, currently its displaying all pages. I would like to have only selected pages.
