I can’t edit the my web page at the backend. The page appears blank when I click edit on page. Please check.

Thank you for the inquiry.
The site contains a very outdated version of the theme, v3.6.1. This version is not compatible with the latest version of WordPress and PHP. You have to upgrade the theme to v4.6.2 manually via FTP.

I tried updating by following the steps you shared. However there is no update option. It just shows a notification about an update that , “WordPress 5.2.4 is available! Please notify the site administrator.”. But does not let me update it. It shows this message – “Version 5.2.4
There is currently no text in this page. You can search for this page title in other pages, or search the related logs, but you do not have permission to create this page”.
Please advise.

Thank you for the update.
Unfortunately, you won’t be able to update the theme automatically because the API used in v3.6.1 is deprecated, so it will no longer work. You have to update the theme manually via FTP this time before you can do an automatic update again in the future.

IMPORTANT: Please remove the wp-content > themes > enfold folder completely or rename it before uploading the latest version (4.6.3.1) of the theme.
