Hello,
I am using enfold with a child theme, our desktop version of the website is live but i need to deactivate the responsiveness of the theme for visual reasons. We are planing to create a full mobile version soon.
For some reason when i uncheck “If enabled the size of your website will adapt and change the layout to fit smaller screens, like tablets or mobile phones” nothing happen on the website, only WP Dashboard stop being responsive.
I really need to find a way to fix it since user experience right now is awful on mobile.

Thank you!
Hey agirard!
Thank you for using Enfold.
The option to deactivate responsive styling is working on our installation. Please try to check the child theme folder. Did you modify any template files there like header.php or footer.php? If so then check if anything is related to the responsive option. If you didn’t find anything, try to update the theme to version 3.2.
Cheers!
Ismael
Hello i did update enfold and the issue is still there.
I did a minor modification to a .php file (helper-main-menu.php) sending WPML flag (EN | FR) to the right of the phone information, but it doesn’t seems to be the source of the problem since after the updated this modification was whipped (did re-upload my modified version after doing some test on the responsiveness).
The option to deactivate the responsiveness on our installation still doesn’t work.
