Unable to Convert Enfold Pages From Shortcode to Gutenburg Blocks, New WP Update

Hi,

After my WP theme updated everything to the new block editor I am completely overwhelmed by the one single shortcode block that holds the whole of the Enfold page previously created using the Avia Layout builder.
I have no idea how to change all this to the new Gutenberg blocks and need to edit the pages.

Will I have to rebuild every one of these previous pages that I built using the Enfold theme?
Is the Enfold theme now incompatible with the new WP block editor?

EDIT: I now see the Avia Layout Builder is a little further down the page so I can still edit the pages but how do I continue to use the Enfold theme with the block editor going forward?
