Hello,
I have a Masonry gallery with images inside which I want to change the order for.
Even though there is a sentence at the top of the ‘edit gallery’ popup, I am unable to change the order.
Could you please assist?
Thank you

Try this plugin out, https://wordpress.org/plugins/post-types-order/.

ElliottOctober 23, 2015 at 12:06 am #523385Hi There,
Thanks for that. I have installed the plugin but it doesn’t seem to work.
To be clear, this is for images in a gallery, not posts. Currently the images are sorted alphabetically by file title, however I need custom control over the order.
Is there a way to do this?
Thanks for your help.
October 23, 2015 at 3:59 pm #523928Hey!
Oh sorry, for the Masonry Gallery you can just drag the images around in the popup (the popup that displays when selecting which images to use) to change their order.
Cheers!

November 4, 2015 at 5:06 pm #530242Hi!
Can you please try de-activating all active plugins and check if that helps? If not, do you mind creating a temporary admin login and posting it here privately so we can look into it?

January 9, 2016 at 6:18 am #562315Hi,
Those details worked better. I created a test page (link in private) and I was able to reorder the images in the Masonry Gallery without any problems. Could you try a different browser or try to clear the cache from the one you are using now?

February 18, 2022 at 9:39 pm #1341374Adding my name to this thread and started my own… long-time user of Enfold and a pro with masonry gallery… this bug is occurring on all my sites. How do we correct this asap?
February 20, 2022 at 1:39 pm #1341481Hi nancy2434 and goldengate415,
Please try this in your functions.php file:
function ava_custom_css_admin_mod() { echo '<style> .wp-core-ui .attachments:after { visibility: hidden; display: block; font-size: 0; content: " "; clear: both; height: 0; } </style>'; } add_action('admin_head', 'ava_custom_css_admin_mod');
Best regards,
Rikard -
