Unable to ask a question in theme support forum

Hello, I just purchased Enfold, i’ve tried uploading it but got this error message

“Unpacking the package…

Installing the theme…

The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet.

Theme installation failed.”

theme support forum is not allowing me to ask a question, i only have the option to read other Q&A’s. please help

Typically, this error is from trying to install the full theme zip file with the documentation, you will need to download the installable WP version from your Theme Forest account and upload it to your WordPress ▸ Appearance ▸ Themes ▸ Add Themes ▸ Add New
