    Do you mean on the page or when creating sliders?

    Could you please attach some screenshots of the issue?

    Hi Victoria, I’m not sure how to screen grab the problem.

    I simply cannot make a new slider or edit any of the current slides. I also cannot delete any of the sliders.

    I click add a new slider, add content and click save changes but nothing is saved.

    Hi Victoria, have you had time to look at the Layerslider on my site?
    How do I get help for my issue i first contacted you on April 17 2020.

    Hi Victoria, I have sent the login 3 times now, please login to see the issue first hand. I cannot show the problem with screen grabs… after making a new slider I hit save BUT the slider is not been saved it is not there at all. if I try and delete a slide it will not delete after I hit delete the slider is still there.
    Again please login and see the issue first hand.
    This is a critical issue I need resolved;.
