see blog post http://trinityeastlakerealestate.com/2015/07/20/how-to-get-your-first-mortgage/
have tried ‘add media’ to the text block (image is 300 x 200) in the advanced layout editor without success – note that now the ‘default editor’ no longer shows any content.
Thanks for your help

Please disable all of your plugins to confirm if there is a conflict between any of them.
Also please update Enfold to the latest version.
Cheers!

July 24, 2015 at 4:27 am #478041Hi!
Now that you’re up to date, please try flushing your cache then refresh your browser.
If that doesn’t help attempt using the add media button on the Twenty Fifteen theme.
For now you can us the image option from the advanced layout editor.

DakeJuly 24, 2015 at 11:48 pm #478433Have flushed cache and refreshed browser. Still not able to add an image via ‘add media’ button. Now a new problem after update >> in Advanced Layout Editor none of the previous pages and posts show any content, only a white screen – I can’t edit ANY pages. Important….
July 25, 2015 at 1:04 am #478480Hey!
I logged to your install and the Add Media button was working as expected, maybe it’s your browser cache, try on a different browser / computer to discard.
Best regards,
JosueJuly 26, 2015 at 4:24 pm #478744Thank you, clearing browser cache did allow me to see and edit the content again (the white screen was gone). However, in multiple browsers, I am still unable to add and image via the “Add Media” – it is possible to add an image via html in text, however the client is upset and scared about using the html. Any other suggestions to address the “Add Media” not inserting an image?
Thanks,
LyndaJuly 26, 2015 at 9:12 pm #478786Hi!
Have you tried on another computer to discard?
Cheers!
