    Hello,
    I have recently changed my the domain name allocated to my wordpress site. Removing the original and replacing with a new domain, as I have gone through a life changing events this year.

    However it seems that this may have caused an issue, because even though my Enfold theme is installed, I don’t have access to any of the options.

    How to I fix this?

    Hey Etienne,

    The lost Theme Options menu is caused by WordPress 5.5 which has removed jQuery migrate which is used by Enfold 4.7.6.1 and below.
    To temporarily fix this, you can install and activate this plugin: Enable jQuery Migrate Helper
    This issue is addressed in the latest version of Enfold (if you plan to update now then make a backup first), once updated you can safely remove the plugin unless it’s other plugins also use jQuery Migrate file.

    Thank you Nikko, Since I am starting the site from scratch, it would be best to update to the latest version of Enfold. However to do this I need a Envato Personal Token, which I am not sure how to get this as I no longer have access to that Envato account.

    Any assistance would be appreciated.

    Hi Nikko, please use the login in details I provided. I have undated everything. WordPress, Enfold and my PHP … then if I deactivate the JQuery plugin the original problem returns … ??

    Hi Etienne,

    Thanks for the admin access.
    I have disabled the Enable jQuery Migrate Helper plugin and the Theme Options is still showing properly.
    The browser must have fetched the cached js files on your end, please try to clear the browser cache (or on Chrome you can press ctrl + f5 to force the browser to fetch newer js files).

    As for the personal token, you will need to have access to the envato/themeforest account in order to generate that, unfortunately, we could not help with it as we don’t have any control in themeforest, you can ask for an envato token for help if you lost access to your envato account.
