    Hi, We’ve purchased your Enfold theme and extended support (License Code #da29b797-5bd0-477d-908c-04634786d5b5) through themeforest.net but can’t log in to the Support portal. Tried the “Lost Password” link but we’re not receiving the email? Perhaps it’s being sent to the email of a former employee? Can you please reset the account access email? I’ve provided the correct account email address below in the Private Content area. Thanks! Pamela

    Did you register with this key or the other employee did? What is the previous username, do you know?

    A previous employee must have used their email. Don’t know their username. The purchased theme license is where it should be, in Icon Design’s account under my username, pamelamyhre. This is the purchase code for the theme: da29b797-5bd0-477d-908c-04634786d5b5 I purchased the extended support using the same account (pamelamyhre). Help? Thanks!
