    I feel pretty confident there is an easy solution to this one, but I can’t figure it out.

    I am attempting to use ultimate member with Enfold. The plugin works just as expected with, for example, the 2016 WordPress theme, but as soon as I switch to Enfold the profile information disappears and in it’s place is a single box asking me to “Tell us a bit about yourself…”

    Is there a simple toggle i am missing somewhere? Again, if i switch back to 2016 everything works perfectly as expected. I can tale screenshots of it all.

    it is worth noting that it looks as though the div.um-profile-body is empty when the page is loaded with Enfold but full of the profile information I am looking for when loaded with a default WP theme.

    I am afraid you’ll need to contact the plugin author for more info about the issue. Making third-party plugins compatible with the theme is unfortunately beyond the support scope we offer. Sorry for that!
