Hello,
is it normal that when the 404 response code has been sent by the url of an image we see the ugly default white 404 page and not the Enfold personalized one of the website?
See for example
https://goo.gl/pg46Tn
and
https://goo.gl/ugsD5s
We have asked to the support of the server and they have said that it is all set properly
Thank you Mauro
404 page works OK for
/aaaaaaaa
but not for some another MIME object (not with any extension, mainly images)
/aaaaaaaa.asp (works OK)
/aaaaaaaa.avi (works OK)
/aaaaaaaa.nnn (works OK)
/aaaaaaaa.flv (works OK)
/aaaaaaaa.svg (works OK)
/aaaaaaaa.gif (doesn’t work)
/aaaaaaaa.png (doesn’t work)
/aaaaaaaa.jpg (doesn’t work)

Hi,
The MIME files are not supposed to return a 404 error page as they are attachments.
Please try create custom redirects using something like Yoast redirect, and send those to your custom page.
Thank you
