    Word count is 0. The advanced editor is gone. I cleared cache. I did a hard refresh. Nothing is helping. I checked the box that unchecked show on screen.

    I need help asap. Is this happening to anyone else?

    Please try flushing cache and refreshing once again – http://wiki.scratch.mit.edu/wiki/Hard_Refresh
    If that still does not help, please try de-activating all active plugins.

    I did all that and it is still the same. Ipage has s wordpress support. They said they might be able to go back to the old version before the upgrade to 3.2 Is there anything else before I do that that I can try?

    Hey!

    Some users reported such issue but they all turned out to be a caching issue and Enfold 3.2 working perfectly fine on their installations now.You should not need to downgrade the version. If you do not mind, please create a temporary admin login and post it here privately so we can look into it.
