    Hallo,
    habe den fullpackage ordner installiert und enfold child “gebastelt”. Lief nicht. Alles wieder gelöscht und nur Enfold zip und das Original Child geladen.

    Hey hansloe,

    We’ll need to check on it further. Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    1. Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
    2. Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
    3. Click ” Create New “.
    4. Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
      ( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ).
    5. Click ” Submit “.
    6. You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.

    When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
    If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create a admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.

    hallo Nikko,
    i worked with enfold child. There was a hint that something is wrong, bot without further information. i saved it, closed the window. then i had no more acces to the login. Error in Private section.
    so i renamed via FTP enfold and the child and now i have acces to the login. The old theme fairytale is now activated and restored the original foldername enfold and enfold-child.
    what was the problem?

    Hi,

    Thanks, I have checked the functions.php of your child theme and there’s a red dot just before:

    <?php

    which causes the error (screenshot in private content), I tried to remove it however I’m not allowed and just got this error:

    Etwas lief schief. Deine Änderung wurde vermutlich nicht gespeichert. Bitte erneut versuchen. Es besteht die Möglichkeit, dass du den Fehler manuell beheben und die Datei per FTP hochladen musst.

    Please remove it and that error should be gone. I’ll activate the theme back to fairytale.

    Hey Nikko,
    thank you for your support. i removed this red dot in functions php but it didnt save it. Ther was further the anounce: “Etwas lief schief…”
    Now my son duplicated the site comletely under dev.deingruen.de. So i can work calmly. But there is the same red dot. so i can not save any order
