We have just received an e-mail from a customer’s website with the message “An error of the type E_ERROR was found in line 361 of the file …”.

    Is this an isolated case?
Do you have a die what to do?

    Thank you very much!

    Hey elbnetz,

Which version of PHP are you running on the site? Please make sure that it’s 7.1 or 7.2. If that is not the problem then please post admin login details in private so that we can have a closer look.

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    Hi,

Thanks for that, so you only got this warning via email? I’m asking since I can’t see any error messages on the backend of your installation. Is there something which is not actually working on the site?

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    Yes, just per mail once.

    Hi,

Ok, thanks for the update. I’m not sure how we can reproduce the problem then? We need to be able to actually see the problem in order to help you out.

    Best regards,
    Rikard
