Two Sets of Social Icons per Location

My current client has two locations, and separate social links for each. I’d like to display the social icons/links in the footer in the column that lists the particular location. I found the following script, which works except for it is displaying the Facebook icon for Instagram & YouTube. Please direct me to the correct code.

I would also like to remove the ‘|’ divider between the icons. Thank You!
