    Hi Yigit,

    I have added the code you suggest and also a widget area and changed the name in code accordingly. But I do not see any additional row in my footer and I have used a simple text box and shortcodes as suggested but cannot see anything appear.

    Please advise.

    Hi,

    Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    Login credentials include:

    • The URL to the login screen.
    • A valid username (with full administration capabilities).
    • As well as a password for that username.
    • permission to deactivate plugins if necessary.

    I don’t see the code from the thread above in your child theme functions.php. Did you remove it or where did you put it?

    Hi Victoria,

    Appears another developer may have removed it but have added again and still same problem. Although cannot even see the advanced layout shortcodes by adding the other CSS as well.

    I followed the instructions “add following code to Functions.php file in Appearance > Editor”

    What do you want me to do? I have already checked it and I can see it, you are saying you cannot.

    Where do we go from here?

    I would really appreciate some support, just telling me you can’t see something without offering any steps to solve it isnt particularly helpful.

    I have a screenshot that I can send that shows the css added in the appearance>editor.

    I am not sure why this is necessary and it not being there changes your ability to help fix this?
